We endeavour to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that for part of our service we depend on suppliers and that all orders are accepted on the following conditions:-

1. Prices

The displayed price at the time you place your order, is the full and correct price.

2. Payments

We accept payment by credit cards, debit card, banker's draft and cheques. Cheques need to be made payable to: Sergio Lopez-Sagua and send to: Sergio Lopez - Online Gallery, 5 Alwyn Gardens, Upton, Chester CH2 1LW, UK

3. Dispatch, Delivery, Insurance & Returns

(1) The delivery cost to UK is FREE.
(2) The delivery cost to EU countries is £9.50.
(3) The delivery cost to USA is £19.00.
(4) The delivery cost to Japan, Canada and Australia is £22.50.
(5) For other countries please contact us for quotation before ordering, at
sales@sergiolopez.co.uk.
(6) Any local duties required by your customs authorities for clearing the goods, are your entire responsibility.

3.1 Dispatch:
Normally it will take 2 to 10 days from clearing your payment to dispatch your order.

3.2 Delivery:
If we use the Royal Mail service. It will take an average of 2 working days to  deliver within UK, up to 5 days to EU and Ireland and up to 2 weeks to USA.

3.3 Insurance:
All shipments are insured. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it.

4. Availability of goods

We process each order as received. However we depend on suppliers for part of the process, if the output has faults or does not reflect the standard of our artwork, we will reject it and the supplier will need to produce it again resulting in a delay of our average delivery time. In the event that we are unable to supply goods on time we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods and cannot wait.

5. Damaged goods during transportation

You must inspect the goods for visual damage on delivery. In cases of damaged goods, this fact must be communicated to the delivery company at time of receiving your delivery. This will allow us to apply our shipping insurance coverage with the shipping company. You should then email customerservice@sergiolopez.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you accordingly. In cases where we advise you to return the goods, sergiolopez.co.uk will reimburse you for the delivery costs. You will then have the option of accepting replacement goods, or receiving a full refund, including the initial cost of delivery.

6. Data protection

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

7. Security of your payments

We use Pay Pal shopping cart system. We do not have or hold any information related to your credit cards or Pay Pal accounts. Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the Pay Pal server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).

8. Payments by cheque

The cheques have to be made payable to Sergio Lopez-Sagua and sent to: Sergio Lopez Online Gallery, 5 Alwyn Gardens, Upton, Chester CH2 1LW, UK. Please include the product name and reference number. Also clear instructions regarding the delivery address. We will send the goods to you as soon as your cheque has been cleared by our bank.

9. Website compatibility

We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC/computer and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC/computer, or any liability for any kind of loss or damage caused to your PC/computer resulting from the use of this website.

10. Copyright

All images and this website are the property of Sergio Lopez-Sagua. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute images or content on this website in any form without written authorization from Sergio Lopez-Sagua

11. Breach of contract

We have the right to suspend or terminate any agreement if it appears to us in our absolute discretion that this agreement has been breached.

12.  Applicable law

The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
